Three ghoulish creeps claiming to be friends of Madeleine McCann’s parents tried to lure the Polish woman, who believes she’s the missing British toddler.
When Julia Wendell, 21, posted her email address on the Instagram account @IAmMadeleineMcCann, she was attacked by the heartless perverts. By claiming to be the toddler who went missing in 2007 while on a family vacation in Portugal, she ignited a social media firestorm.
Dr. Fia Johansson, the renowned private investigator who tracked Wendell down in a small town near the German border to verify her claim, noticed the suspicious emails and dutifully advised the young woman to avoid contact.

Dr. Johansson said, “She has no idea what she is doing and at the same time her family is not very supportive, so it’s very dangerous for her to do anything right now.
“My investigators discovered that three pedophiles were attempting to entice Julia to hotels by posing as McCann family friends who were looking for answers to the Madeleine mystery. This is a very sad situation.
Madeleine was only three years old when her parents in Praia da Luz, Portugal, found her missing from her bed. When the kidnapping happened, the parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, were dining with friends only 130 feet away.
The high-profile case has attracted numerous accusations over the years from people claiming to be the missing girl, but Wendell’s Instagram has gained popularity among internet sleuths.
Wendell shared pictures of distinctive markings that she thought McCann shared with her, including a birthmark on her leg and the same distinctive dark speck in her eye as the kidnapped toddler.
Dr. Johansson warned that if Wendell’s parents refused to cooperate, she might ask the court to issue an order compelling them to take a DNA test to confirm or establish paternity.

Wendell told investigators she was never loved by her supposed biological parents and at her grandparents’ home she spotted a family portrait of the man who not only raped her but bears a striking resemblance to the suspect in the McCann case.
