The discovery of skeletal remains in an isolated desert region of Buckeye, Arizona, has sparked rumours on social media that they belong to Daniel Robinson, a young geologist who vanished in the area in 2021.

The finding of the remains has sparked a whirlwind of conjecture that they belong to Robinson, who vanished at the age of 24 in 2021 after leaving a desert geology site while driving his car.
“A woman discovered human skeletal remains near Buckeye, Arizona. She contacted law enforcement and uploaded a photo of the discovery to Facebook. I’ve covered the skull and vertebrae in her original photograph out of respect for the departed. Volunteers searching for Robinson in 2021 discovered a vertebra, two femur bones, and both sides of the pelvis at the location where he went missing.
Robinson was last seen in Buckeye on June 23, 2021, when he unexpectedly left a desert site where he was employed as a hydrogeologist. On July 19, that same year, a rancher discovered Robinson’s 2017 Jeep Renegade in a ravine, damaged and flipped onto its passenger side.
Buckeye is located approximately 30 miles west of Phoenix’s downtown.
David Robinson, the father of Robinson, has persisted in his hunt for his son. Following the one-year anniversary of his son’s disappearance, the father and war veteran told Fox News Digital that he must “remain strong for Daniel” and went from South Carolina to Arizona to continue searching for him.
David, who served two deployments in Afghanistan, told Fox last year, “Just because I’m retired doesn’t mean I’m no longer a soldier.” “My aim is to raise my son. He is my new objective.”
