A family has contacted Julia Faustyna, the woman who believes she is Madeleine McCann, and reckon the 21-year-old could actually be their missing daughter.
It comes as private investigator and psychic medium Dr Fia Johansson claims she has evidence “that shows Julia was definitely trafficked to Poland”. She is currently living in a safehouse in California having been whisked from her home country after receiving death threats and bounty on her head.
After posting purported “evidence” that she was Maddie, the Leicestershire child who went missing at the age of three in 2007 while on a family vacation in Portugal, Julia quickly gained popularity on Instagram. While she is with her in the US, Dr. Johansson is currently looking into her claims.
She is certain that Julia was brought into Poland illegally and is not actually the biological child of her parents. Julia has now undergone a genetic test to determine her ancestry and they have sent samples of her DNA for analysis. (something akin to 23andMe).
Dr. Johansson recently disclosed to RadarOnline that an American family looking for their missing daughter contacted Julia, believing she might be her.
The investigator stated: “It’s a very emotional time for everyone, so we do not want to reveal the name of the girl or her family because things are back and forth. I believe we should hold off until we receive the results of the DNA test because we want to learn more about Julia’s ancestry.
Many families with missing children of Julia’s age are currently emailing us because they would like to find out where their missing loved ones are, the spokesperson said.
Dr. Johansson had previously asserted that Livia Schepp’s family had gotten in touch with Julia. Livia Schepp was a six-year-old Swiss girl who vanished from her Lausanne home in January 2011. The plan is now to await the results of Julia’s 23andMe-style DNA test to see what part of the world she can trace her heritage to, according to RadarOnline.
If it’s the UK, the investigation will be focused on Madeleine. If Switzerland, Livia will be investigated. And if the US, they’ll chase leads Stateside.
Julia’s relatives in Poland disagree with her assertions. Dr. Johansson claims that Julia’s parents have also blocked Julia’s phone number and will not submit to a DNA test.
The private investigator claimed that she and her team failed to locate any hospital records for Julia pertaining to the first five years of her life during their visit to Wroclaw, the city where Julia is said to have grown up.
Julia has stated that she cannot recall a significant portion of her early years and that neither her parents nor her siblings ever treated her like a member of the family. She also said she was abused by a German paedophile who resembled a one-time suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance.
She supposedly found a family photo of that man in an older relative’s house. Other “evidence” she has put forward includes a speck in her eye like Madeleine and her allegedly overhearing her mum admit to “taking” her.
