On March 23, 1995, Olivia Samantha Fowler was born. She grew up in Woodbury, Georgia, a small town, and went to Manchester High School.
Olivia didn’t have a stable place to live when she went missing. She split her time between her mother’s house in Manchester, Georgia, and her father’s house in Woodbury, Georgia, which was about 15 minutes away.
Olivia is the mother of three young children who live with her cousin, who has custody of them. She has family in the counties of Meriwether, Harris, Talbot, and Upson.
Details of Disappearance
Olivia Fowler talked to her sister at her mother’s house in Manchester, Georgia, on August 12, 2021. Her sister said that everything looked good.
Later, Olivia went to stay at her boyfriend’s house in the Chalybeate Community, just outside of Manchester, on Short Street. That night, before her boyfriend went to bed, she told him she was going to smoke a cigarette on the porch.
Olivia left her boyfriend’s house on Short Street around 2:00 a.m. Olivia was gone when he woke up the next morning. People in the area said they saw her walking around 7:30 a.m.
At 10:30 a.m., a ranger from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources saw Olivia walking along Pebblebrook Road, just outside of Manchester in Meriwether County. This is the last time Olivia was seen for sure.
Olivia never went home, and nobody knows where she is now. She was not there when her youngest child turned one.
When her family couldn’t find her on August 14, 2021, they told the Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office that she was missing.
Investigation of Case
Olivia’s family thinks she was going to The Cove, a place in Meriwether County on the Flint River. She left without taking her purse, cell phone, or ID with her. People say it’s not like her to just vanish.
In May 2022, the FBI joined the search for Olivia, which was announced by the authorities.
Authorities have followed up on dozens of leads, but so far nothing in their investigation shows what could have happened to her.
Whereabouts
Olivia Fowler is thought to have been taken by someone who meant her harm. There is a $5,000 reward for information that leads to Olivia Fowler’s return.
Olivia hasn’t been seen for a long time, and no one knows why. She is still considered missing. Her case hasn’t been solved yet.

A girl of white race was born on March 23, 1995. Olivia is 5’2″ tall and weighs 103 pounds. She has blonde hair and green eyes.
Distinctive Physical Features:
Olivia has a tattoo on her right arm that says “I Love You.” Her right “fang” or “canine” tooth is missing.
Clothing and accessories:
Last time anyone saw Olivia, she was wearing a tie-dyed shirt, shorts, and flip-flops.
