A local police officer in Plant City, Florida discovered Cieha Taylor’s abandoned 2000 Toyota Solara, a black two-door car with faded paint, in the 900 block of East Trapnell Road, just west of Jap Tucker Road, at 7:00 p.m.

About a mile from her boyfriend’s house, the car was parked on the railroad tracks with the driver’s side door open and the engine still running. The policeman then moved the car off the tracks without trying to contact the owner or running the license plates.
